Reviewers Agree or Disagree with per-dimension scores, override values, leave comments and overall notes, then download an annotated CSV (originals preserved). From-scratch scoring for empty CSVs, auto Reviewed/Unreviewed status from dim engagement, and a prominent review-progress strip.
